Model. Tefal FV9430 ultimate auto clean 300 I need to dismantle the iron to clean the power cable connections into the iron heating plate. I have removed the three retaining screws at the back of the iron but cannot remove the part where the cable enters the iron between two black squares marked L and N. Any help (diagram or description) appreciated. Regards Peter

Pro express tripping main fuse box when switching on took apart found that when I removed black wire from solenoil iron stayed on but as soon as I replaced wire straight away triped fuse box dont know if solenoid is broken or its the circit board please advise thanks s.guthrie

Tefal Express Turbo Steam generator -GV7160. Although water heating and all elso OK, iron has stopped letting steam out when the buttons are pressed on handle. Is this to do with the two small black units inside the handle with male/female connectors and black & white cable or is there something else? What are these called and can they be bought separately - easy to replace? If not any other suggestions? Thanks

The small disc when you use the spray where the jet comes out of has disappeared. So I cannot use the spray on my Iron. It is a Tefal Aquaspeed Ultracord 260 please could you let me have a replacement. Many Thanks Pauline F

my tefal express iron seems to have lost its coating on iron plate, so if i turn up high it burns the clothes. could the plate be replaced?

Hi, I have a Tefal GV 8120, it constantly produces steam. I have tested the switch this is fine but the solenoid coil has a constant 240v supply when the switch is both open and closed. Would I be right in thinking that this could be a fault with the P.C.B. If so, do you supply them? Many thanks

hi i have a gv7150 express and the solenoid vv to allow the water from the tank into the boiler tank has stopped working, is it possible to get a replacement and if so where from and how much will it cost. The solenoid Vv is a CEME E503-01. (Its blue in colour about 3-4 long housed in a metal bracket. It houses the supply pipe from the main tank, a hose from the descaler and a discharge hose to the boiler tank. It also has a large spring on the base of the unit. Many thanks for your help.
