we had a powercut and when the power was restored the lcd display was blank apart from one tiny flashing green line (part of one of the eights), any idea what the problem is and how we fix it

i have a samsung rs21 dpsm f/f. the freezer is working fine. the fridge is showing 17 degrees on the temp indicator and is not cooling. the fridge will cool a little if i put the power cool on.

rsh1dbbp side by side. the water tank in the lower fridge compartment has frozen and i am getting no water. food in the compartment is frozen as well.
what is the cause of this?

we have a 3 year old samsung twincooling fridge/freezer , the fridge is playing up and has to be de-frosted every couple of weeks. is there any idea what may be causing this ? and somewhere to get the appropriate parts to fix in uk/france ?
