where can i find a repair shop in the uk for my rival 8806 ice cream maker

my wife has the loan of a really old white mountain ice cream bucket (hand cranked).
she and a friend dress up as victorian kitchen staff, and demonstrate the making of ice cream in the way that the victorians did it (or 1800s americans did it...).
they use this loaned bucket (on loan from hampton court) but it has two problems.
a. because its not known whether or not the canister has lead in the solder, or not, she is not allowed to let the public taste the final product.
b. the dasher is broken. the very bottom of the dasher, where it sits on the spindle at the bottom of the cannister, is broken off of the rest of the dasher.

can these be fixed?
can they be replaced? (its quite an old bucket)
the bucket doesnt belong to her.
