Hi my Rangemaster in black and chrome american side x side model 661, the freezer side has packed up and makes a noise at the bottom when you close the door.A rubbing noise. Is this why it dosent work. Its just over 2 yearsr old and just out of warranty. Please help. Is this a common problem?
