is it possible to buy a complete shaving unit for a philips hq7165 razor (including cutters, housing, lock and spring)? mine has fallen apart and will not go back together.

i have a hq8890 shaver. it is not holding the charge well. for example it was fully charged to about 60 mins and now, after saying there was about 45 mins left, it suddenly said that it needs recharging. can you help please?
