My central unit broke down and there are no parts to fix it. So I am looking for someone with a working unit, willing to sell it to me. You can keep the speakers and stuff. I just need the main console/dvd.

Dear I am writing to you from the Croatian. I own several Philips devices, among them two home theater model HTS 9800 and HTS 9810. Model HTS 9810 is a truly top-notch technology, but last year unsuccessfully trying to fix it in Croatia. Home theater is lit on the remote control and then had no more contact between them. Also, the display does not respond to touch. The only thing that has been fixed in this past year is a voltage regulator that was blown. Indeed more than anyone here I have to seek support. Advise me what to do because they still really want to enjoy again in this high-performance home theater. Thank you for your advice and I hope the problem will be solved. Another thing about a service I was advised to buy a new motherboard, Im interested in how much it costs the same and to be sure that it has a problem. I purcased a few years ago teh Phillips LX8500W/69 DVD home theatre system which has 2 rear wireless speakers. Due to power problems the PSU has blown and I cannot use the rear spears all the others and the system worls fine. But for surround sound I need the rear speakers. I understand the spare part code is 9965 000 25755. I have been told by the local suppliers that there are no spare parts is this correct. If you have what is the cost. Many Thanks it is a great system and it would be a pity to dump it.

Hi, I have bought a Phillips HTS 3367- it is missing the wires for the rear surround speakers - as it is a bespoke fitting for the wires in to the machine and speaker I have been unable to locate these anywhere. I have contacted Phillips directly and Dutchwest but to no avail. Could you please help with this? Thanks

I have a Philips HTS 6500 where the dvd player is not working properly. Im not entirely sure whats wrong with it as I have opened it up and as far as I know everything seems alright. When a cd/dvd is in the player, it makes loud noises as if the cd is not properly secured or something. It also has scratched one of my disks. Im looking for a replacement or a fix not sure which is more necessary.
