I have a Neff microwave model 6102.11; its old (20+ years) but works perfectly. However, the door-handle has snapped; does anyone know where to source spare parts for discontinued Neff appliances, please?

Neff microwave Hallo I have a Neff built in 600W microwave which is in working order but now has a broken front, transparent plastic panel. The front panel can be removed by taking out 4 corner screws. It is quite an old model and has the model number as 2693 and another two numbers 6102.11 and Serial number 74437 just inside the door frame. Is it possible to obtain a replacement pane. If not is there a similar model which could replace this one? It is brown and matches the built in electric oven underneath

Neff microwave H5632S0GB/01. I pulled out the central spindle (which drives the turntable) to clean because of a burning smell. It was brittle and blackened and broke when cleaning? The appliance still works. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a Neff H5962SOGB/01 microwave. One of the hinge lugs on the swinging lever (the part that links the door push opener on the front and the actual door release mechanism), has broken. This part has ABS 755 GP stamped on it....if that helps(and it usually doesnt). Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Richard.

We have a NEFF H7871 800Watt Microwave and the two front ( upper & lower ) clip-on stainless steel panels have a plastic stud at each end that holds theese panels in place. Can you please advise where I can find replacments for these panels..? Although I have only one with broken studs if these panels are sold as single items thats fine, but if in pairs can you please let me know with a cost../ Many thanks in advance for your help. I also have the same problem with the door not shutting. The mechanism in the door seems to have broken where the spring hooks in. I am also looking for a replacement part- does anyone know where I could get one? It model number is H53W60. Thanks

My microwave is not working because the door will not lock and so the microwave power is not activated. Is there a replacement part for it, or can it be repaired? It has an E-number H5430NOGB/02 and FD-number 8306
