Hi The right hand runner of the freezer drawer on my LG GR B218 JUDA has either broken or it has just come off the guide rails. Is it possible to get an exploded view of the mechanism so I can possibly repair or if something has broken I will know what parts to order. Thanks for reading this.

I have exactly the same problem as Trevor (Jan 8th 2010). The door panel switches will not allow the user to alter either the temperatures or the selection of ice type (crushed, cubes, or water). except the fridge makes a whiring sound (not an accurate description) and then the controls work fine for 10 minutes or so then the display reverts back not working for several hours - days.
