i have an lg home theater HT304su, its giving me disc error message i have tried clean the lens but still same error, so i now suspect that the lens is gone, so i would like to find out if i can get the whole component that houses the lens and motors as a complete part. thank you

i have lg HT953TV , working fine with super sound. after using of 8 months, there is DVD lens problem(i think) all the dvds are jerking and stop for whiles and boxes on pictures. i try to open the player to clean the lens but its much dificult to open. any idean how to open the dvd player to clean the lends.?
