Hello all, i own a La canche Cluny due fuel range cooker, and have done for the past 9 years. Over these years ive only suffered with two problems. Both of which i have manged to rectify myself, with the following website, which shows and explains many repairs. http://www.frenchranges.com/req_support.php One of the problems i suffered was the gas oven taking along while to reach temperature and cook, this was due to the door not closing properly. I manged to locate the source of the problem, being a broken internal roller mechanism. i purchased a new from La canche on 01202 733 011 at a grand cost of 23.98 and it arrived two days later. I fit it myself in 30 mins, it now works as new. I hope this has been of some help, to you fellow La canche lovers out there!

Is it possible to re-enamel parts of lacanche cookers? The left door of my Lacanche stove fell out of its hangers, which left scars on the right top and bottom. We can live with it, but it is clearly visible and its a pity for a new stove. The colour is terra cotta.

I have a lacanche cluny duel fuel but the gas isnt turning down gas 1 heats to 240!!! Thermostat must have gone how and where can I get a replacement thermostat How much are they?

The fan on my lacanche electric oven is not working but the heat seems to be ok. Also the spring in the door for the electric oven seems to be broken also. Hi, I have a dual fuel Lacanche Macon which I have been using for about 3 years. The fan in the electric oven has occasionally not been coming on and now seems to have given up the ghost. The element is still working. Also, the door on the gas oven grates on opening and closing and doesnt seem to be closing fully on the right-hand side. When I light the gas oven the bottom panel bangs but not every time. HELP! Is it possible to get spare parts or do I have to contact Forneaux de France to come to repair it? Many thanks
