I have a Hoover washer dryer model VHW 654 and it has been working absolutely fine for a year and a half but all of a sudden it is coming up with E11. The washer starts the cycle as normal but after a few minutes the washer stops and the error code appears. I can drain the washer fine and the door opens but it will just not finish the cycle. If anyone has experienced this and knows how it can be fixed without paying a ridiculous callout charge then I would really appreciate your help. Many thanks Kerri
Kerri - Sat, Mar 26th 2011, 10:03Hi, I have a Hoover vhd964zd washer. When on the spin cycle the motor is ok and does the job but when on the wash cycle the drum just judders a bit as if the motor cant manage. Has the motor had it or is it something else do you think please? Many thanks, Tim.
