hi, my machine seems to work ok until the spin cycle and then it is quite noisy and the water doesnt go out. i have checked all the pipes and the filter and there is no blockage as far as i can see. would it be the drain pump that is broken? if it is where can i get one from? also how easy is it to take off/put on? thanks

hi, my problem is that the liquid softener is not going through the washing machine, but its remaining in its section, in the drawer. its the middle sectionof the drawer. what can i do?

my bosch tumble dryer has stopped heating, at first the it started cutting out after 3 minutes and two status lights came on together. now it will not heat at all.
can you suggest which part i should purchase?

control knob for programmer just spins. what do i need to buy ? (does a new knob contain some sort of ratchet mechanism ?) bosch wfb 2004

my bosch washing machine ecxxel 1200 has recently started to do double washes a 40 wash now takes nearly 3 hrs. i have tried to descale with 2 cycles, used washing soda, checked the hoses for blockage, checked the filter for a loose sock. un aboil empty wash. i went over to the liquid washing solution but have since gone back to powder and this is when it started , on the electronic display it says that it is on the wash cycle still even though its near the end eg 5mins to go and clothes are still full of soap
any suggestions as sto do next?

dear sir,
i am the owner of this washing machine now its 10 year old but it still work in good condition, its a shame to scrap it. (bosch wfb 2005. e-nr wfb2005gb/16) what i need please only the pump filter.
do you have please either if you have a used one.

i think i have a broken water inlet switch for a bosch exxcel washer dryer, model wvd2452sgb. the pump reservoir does not fill on the drying cycle, and at the point in the cycle (about 90 seconds in) where it should fill up the machine returns an f17 error (have run the checks advised by the manual: no kink in inlet hose; cleaned filters;; water pressure fine; in addition, ive taken a good look at the pump reservoir and that seems clear of fluff).
please could you let me know if you stock these switches individually. they dont seem to be marked with part numbers. thank you.

at 1am, there was a very loud bang from the kitchen, i was upstairs, upon investigation i saw my washing machine closed glass door had exploded, mostly into the machine.
it is a bosch classixx 1200 express .
not been used for a couple of days, and door always left open for a day after use to dry out the seal.
must be some sort of stress fracture.
lucky it was dry and empty, think of what it would have been like with a full washing load...
help on replacing / repairing glass in door please.

i have same issue with control knob for programme selection. cant seem to get fascia off by pressing lug at each end. dont know if its problem with the knob or the programme dial. how to get fascia off to check?
