Hi, I am looking for somebody to please let me know if the screen for Arcos 3 Vision is available. The screen glass is broken and need to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

My usually reliable Archos AV380 has suddenly stopped working. It will not charge and there is no sign of life, for example no charge light. It worked a few weeks ago but I noticed the Charge light was permanently lit, I might have charged it up with the wrong Charger. Friends say it might be an internal fuse? Any advice on repair please?

I have an Archos 5 250GB two years old, a WiFi model. I need to replace the battery which I purchased thinking I could do it myself. To change the battery you have to remove four screws, enabling the two ends to be removed. Then the four screws can be removed unlolocking the sides together. and the battery is available for replacement. Having removed one end I realised it was a bit risky to finish the job. So I replaced the end and found you one the internet. Archos do not replace batteries or do repairs. They only exchange devices under guarantee. I have 915 CDs and many photos and WiFi really works well, I need a new battery. It is not unreasonable for the battery to need replacement after 2 years of use. Can you help me as I trouble with stereo vision caused by a faulty right eye. Malcolm

i bought myself a Archos 3 back in august, worked fine so got rid of all receipts etc. Until a few days ago when my screen became unresponsive and i couldnt see why, so i just switched it off and left it. i came to it today and i have what looks like the water marks you get under a screen when waters got inside of it, i have no idea how this has happened but need it fixing. does anybody know how much it would cost?? the cheaper, the better....thanks.

Hi folks, I think the harddisk in my Archos 404 has started ti die on me. Formatting it and reinstalling the software doesnt help. Does anybody here no where I can get a replacement drive? Or an adapter which would make it possible to connect the Archos harddisk to my PC (IDE and/or SATA)? All help is greatly appreciated, Jan

I have two Archos Gmini XS202s that need repair..I was advised that I needed a HDD so I located one and was unable to get it installed..found a used one in UK couple weeks ago..works terrific but display had some scratches..one with bad HDD had a beautiful display..tried to switch & broke off the flat ribbon display connector..now neither one works..would like to have someone fix one or both..Dick Raymer

I have a problem with pink screen can you help. When I plug my items in through to my satellite sky + box I get a pink picture. It happens if I use s-video connection or normal av connections. I have checked the settings on the tv out when the archos is docked in the DVR but nothing changes the picture being inputted to the DVR station being pink. This only happens in tv record mode. The tv out picture which shows the interface, is as it should be so either I have a problem with the DVR or I need to adjust a setting some where.can you help?

ive have my archos 700v for 3 years and was working fine all of a sudden when plug in for recharging it didnt come on.so i order an internal battery,when i installed new battery it made the unit extermley hot.the screen was very dull in brightness.the unit just isnt functionong right, dont know if i should order the battery charger.there arent any places i can take this unit to be evaulated please help.
