i have an aeg favorit 40850 dishwasher,it is not heating the water so i think the heating element is faulty could you advise as to where to find a replacement part and how to install

i am trying to replace the dosage system (soap dispenser unit on an aeg favorit 40300 dishwasher. the new spare has an adapater and im unsure how to install it. would appreciate some urgent detailed help.

i cant find a replacement seal for an aeg f50870 911916618/01 dishwasher. it is flat, black, 92mm x 57mm with a hole in the centre and it fits over the outlet through which water is injected into the upper spray arm. i have tried numerous web sites and have bought and returned two seals from e-spares who say they cannot identify the part. how do i go about identifying or naming the part and where do i get a replacement? (i have a digital photo of the seal, if this will help.)

i am trying to replace the dosage system kit on my aeg dishwasher but do not know how to remove the old kit from the dishwasher - can anyone help?
